Dear Valued Customer:

Great News! Indiana Pest Control, Inc. has joined the twenty-first century and has now updated its company website to include Customer Account Access. The new Customer Account Access has specific features to establish and maintain customer relationships that maximize customer retention and maximize profits. Now customers can have immediate access to their account and perform many account related activities online. Each customer will receive a secure username and password to help ensure account protection. You will be prompted for this information after clicking on the account access link on our home page. On the left side is the main menu that customers can use to navigate.

Account Statement
In the Account Statement section customers can go online to view or print an Account Statement that shows each invoice with an outstanding balance. The statement can be viewed online or printed out for remittance with payment.

Service History
In the Service History it will show a history of each service visit. The report is sorted in date order to make it easy to search through the list.

Payment History
The Payment History section supplies customers with a listing of all of the payments they have made for completed services. The list is sorted in date order and includes the amount paid for each invoice.

Billing History
In the Billing History section customers will have access to a report, listing each invoice in their account, sorted in date order. Customers will also have the convenience of being able to print out these invoices directly from the report.

My Documents
Indiana Pest Control, Inc.'s online customer account access will also provide customers with access to important documents relating to their account. Now, instead of faxing, mailing or emailing contracts or other documents customer can view and print these documents online any time using their secure username and password.

Make a Payment
You can now Pay for a Service in the Pay for a Service section! All credit card payments are processed online. With a simple point and click, customer can easily pay for any outstanding invoices. When customers go to Pay for a Service, they select which invoice they want to pay and how much to pay. They then can choose a credit card already on file or a New Credit card. When New Credit Card is selected, the customer will see a pop up letting them know that they will be linked to Element's payment service. This is the secure server that Indiana Pest Control, Inc. uses to accept all credit card payments. The customer then will fill out the credit card information and click on Process Credit Card. They will receive a confirmation that the payment has been made. Once a payment is approved all payment information will automatically be submitted to Indiana Pest Control, Inc. to be applied to your account. The Update Credit Card screen will allow customers to change which credit card is linked to each service setup they have. They can click on Update Card to update the current credit card on file. They will see a pop up from Element that will be used to update the card. If the customer wants to remove a service setup from auto-bill, they can click on the Remove button. To save changes, the customer must click on the Save Changes button.

Ask a Question
In the Ask a Question section any customer that may have a question about their service can go online anytime and submit their questions. These questions will automatically be sent to our office and one of our staff members will get back with the customer via their email or phone.

Update Account Info
Customers can request changes to their information such as phone number changes in the Update Account Info section. The information will be sent directly to Indiana Pest Control, Inc. staff members to get that information updated on their account.

Change Password
Also in the main menu a customer will be able to change their password. Please make note of any password changes for future reference.
